Dr. Dick Bridy is a Family 1st believer, fledgling poet, patriot, cyclist and athlete. He is a lifelong commercial real estate professional with over forty-five years of entrepreneurial experience as a CEO, investor, developer, asset/property manager, broker, and syndicator. He has an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, master’s degrees from the San Diego State Graduate School of Business and the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and a doctorate at the University of Phoenix. Dick was an officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1969 through 1972 during the Vietnam Conflict and proudly served in all three Marine Corps Divisions. His thespian endeavors include supernumerary roles in 30 San Diego Opera productions and one ballet with the Stuttgart Ballet. He was a volunteer in Kathmandu at Nepal Orphans Home after the Great Earthquake of 2015 and an active member of the Great Cycle Challenge to raise funds for childhood cancer research. In addition, he is an annual participant in fundraising for the USAA Stop Veteran Suicide initiative to provide at-risk veterans with personalized care. He and his wife Ginny have been married for 50 years and have two children and four grandsons. They reside in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, California.
